In five years since our opening we have put many birthday parties, several office staff and Christmas parties, four wedding parties, alongside press conferences and two film inauguration party – all of which was to the mutual satisfaction of our customers and ourselves.
Many of the people who made the reservations have since become regular customers, if they hadn't been regulars already. To minimize any mysteries surrounding us and give some information as to our terms and conditions as well as the answers to the most frequently asked questions, we provide the following:
1. (Almost) everything’s possible! You can either treat all those you invite, or you can distribute drink vouchers among your guest as you please.
Options abound! We would be happy to consult with you on them. (Six years of experience as bar chefs in “Oxymoron” as well as two years' experience in “Brazil” have taught us a thing or two. Small-circle birthday gatherings, spontaneous get-togethers and the like are also possible on the spur of a moment. As far as such things go, we are very flexible and uncomplicated.
2. Our essential rule is that we do not charge the customers who have made the reservation for the rent of the premises as long as our other regular customers can also have access to the bar. (99% of the reservations work in this way).
3. Should you desire a private event, we charge from €100 to €300 for the rental of the premises, depending on the type of party and on whether or not we ourselves are responsible for the gastronomic aspect.

5. Our sumptuous buffet offers start at 10€ per person. All of the food is prepared by us.
No convenience food or frozen food here! We also make the dough for our foccacciabread. ‘Blinis’ and ‘pelmenis’ are entirely home-made, dough included. It takes a bit longer, to be sure, but it tastes far better.
6. We are happy to comply with any special requests regarding the drinks and food as far as we are able.
7. We are not a disco and do not have a noise protection of a proper club. Dancing takes place often enough in our bar, however to music at a volume that allows our neighbours to sleep.
8. Our premises provide for a maximum 90 persons. 50-70 guests make for a well-filled feeling.
15-40 persons will find a relaxing place to spend time with one another.
